You may have heard of crystal programming, and wondered how it works. Crystals are like computers; they are able to receive, store, and release information. In fact they absorb our vibrations if we carry them around, regardless of whether we program them on purpose or not. Crystal programming works in a very similar way to the law of attraction. By placing your intention in the form of energy into the crystal the crystal can amplify this energy and send it out again. Crystals can be programmed for specific purposes such as meditation, healing, creating abundance, finding love (not with a specific person), or inner peace
Clear quartz crystals are the most versatile and programmable of stones, as they naturally produce clear sightedness. They help you see what you need to see, and heal what needs to be healed. Other members of the quartz family such as amethyst, and rose quartz are also powerful stones for programming.
Programming your crystal is easy. First, clean your crystal (using your preferred method or choose one from the article
How to Care for your Crystals). Choose an intention of the energy you would like to store in it such as creating abundance, finding love, or finding a fulfilling career. Then find a quiet place, hold your crystal in your left hand (in your right hand if you are left handed).
Relax and focus on a facet of your crystal and attune your energy with your crystal. It is important that your intention is a positive one not a negative one, as the crystal will amplify the any energy it receives (both negative and positive) and send it out. Meditate on the intention you want to manifest. Make sure you visualise having what you desire, for example “I have a good job”. Do not think, “I need a new job”. If you manifest a NEED for something, this need will grow more intense. Instead just visualise yourself in a happy fulfilling job.
After programming your crystal seal it by saying “this is the intention I have given you” then keep it with you, or place it in the home where you can see it regularly.
