When placing an order, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure that all details conveyed in the order are correct and true. Psychic Space does not accept liability for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Full payment must be received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.
Delivery Policy
We aim to despatch and deliver your order to you within 1-2 days, unless personally notified.
All orders will be sent by Australia Post. Please allow 5-7 working days for items to be delivered in Australia and 10 to 14 days for international orders.
Orders with a total value of $50AUD or more will be sent by Registered Post and will require a signature on delivery. Please note that we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
Returns Policy
We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge.
